As a Director, Nigel brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience to DC Advisory US, where he focuses on M&A and capital-raising mandates for clients primarily in the Enterprise Software (SaaS and license) and Communications/Infrastructure markets. He is based in San Francisco.
Prior to joining DC Advisory, Nigel was a Vice President at Seven Hills, a boutique investment bank based in San Francisco that provides M&A and capital-raising advisory services to technology and healthcare companies. At Seven Hills, he focused on the enterprise software and communications markets. Previously, Nigel worked at China Technology Venture Management (CTVM), a venture capital firm based in Asia that invested in technology companies based in Silicon Valley and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining CTVM, he worked at Broadview International, where he participated in a range of technology M&A advisory assignments.
Nigel is active in the community and is involved in a number of charitable organizations. He currently sits on the board of directors of Chinatown Community Development Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in San Francisco that develops and manages affordable housing for over 4,000 residents across 30 properties, and also provides community-based advocacy, youth development programs, civic engagement, and resident services to San Francisco residents in need.
Nigel received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
